We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the matter promptly.

Exceptions — non-returnable items: Personalised and made-to-order products cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we are also unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

EU 14-day cooling-off period: If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original, unworn condition with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
